旅客只要以口語方式說「幫我開啟全部的燈」等，便可以透過語音來操作房間內的照明、空調溫度、紗簾、窗簾，與多種住房情境。還可以直接以聲控設定鬧鐘與便利的使用有如搜尋引擎的服務，輕鬆查詢時間與天氣等，讓旅客入住飯店時更加智慧與便利。
此外，客房還搭配AI智能房務管家服務，旅客可以直接跟聲控裝置提出房務需求與相關查詢，例如下達指令「 Talk to Hipo Smart 」之後，可以說「我需要一瓶水」，之後服務人員便會送水至旅客的房間內。也可查詢酒店服務指南，例如餐廳營業時間、房務服務等，為入住旅客提供獨有的個性化體驗。
